Easily explained how things work and made sure I had all the contact info and knew what to expect. Ariel is knowledgeable, insightful and really listens and looks for solutions that work for the individual. Both of them are very responsive. The complete opposite of feeling like a number or file. You can tell they genuinely care and are trying to make healthcare what it should be. I feel better than I have in almost 15 years! Thank you!
