With more than 12 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Young is passionate about supporting his patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Known for his approachable, down-to-earth manner, he prioritizes building lasting relationships with his patients to foster trust and understanding in their healthcare journey.
Dr. Young graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Studies. He earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine where he developed a strong foundation in holistic, patient-focused care. After medical school, Dr. Young completed his residency at the University of Wyoming Residency Casper in Wyoming where he served as chief resident, gaining invaluable leadership experience and honing his skills in family medicine.
Dr. Young has cultivated expertise in pharmaceutical research, sports medicine, addiction medicine, and wellness throughout his career. His dedication to advancing patient care extends beyond the clinic, as he actively participates in charitable events with motorcycle groups, combining his love for riding with his commitment to community service.

I have been searching for a wellness center that actually cares about my health concerns. I found this at Younger Health and Wellness. Ariel and her nurse Valerie are kind, caring and very professional. Ariel was able to determine my health issues and treated me accurately. She is a very knowledgeable health care provider. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Younger Medical, especially Valarie and Ariel. From the very first visit, I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. The whole environment is warm and welcoming, it never feels clinical or cold. It feels personal.Valarie is amazing. She is always available and somehow always finds the time to answer my (many!) questions. And I mean really answer them, not rushed, not brushed off. She explains everything clearly and makes sure I actually understand. I never feel silly asking something, and that means so much. Knowing she’s there and truly cares gives me so much peace of mind.Both Valarie and Ariel make you feel like a person, not just another name on the schedule. They remember you. They listen.
